Step 3. A new page will be redirected to you. New candidates never registered previously should also undergo the first registration procedure to create the login data.

Step 4. Please use your credentials to log in and enter the FMGE application form in detail with all required details of personal, academic and others.

Step 5. Go ahead and pay the amount of application fee via the built-in online payment gateway.

Step 6. Once you have made a successful payment, review your form and go ahead and click on Submit. Take the confirmation page with you.

Step 7. A print of the application form made and payment receipt should be taken to use in all further communication and modeling admission.

What is Foreign medical graduate examination (FMGE)?

Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE), A national level licensing examination administered by the National medical association of India (NBEMS). Indian citizens or Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) who have passed their medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) at a foreign medical college and want to practice medicine in India are required to have it. The FMGE can be phased out in the years to come in favor of the National Exit Test (NExT); a universal test of Indian and foreign medical graduates. The government has however affirmed that this change will not take place within the following two years.

According to the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) shall be offered in December 2025. Deeply important are FMGE December 2025 as a screening examination to verify the standards of foreign medical graduates and qualify to be registered by the National Medical Commission or state medical councils in India.
