How to use

Consume this medicine in the dosage and duration as per your doctors advise. While taking Telmisartan, swallow it completely without crushing, breaking or chewing it. Telmisartan is advised to be taken at a fixed time, but may be taken together with food (or) without food.

Telmisartan belongs to the category of angiotensin receptor blockers(ARB). It blocks the harmone angiotensin that helps relax the blood vessels and allow the blood to flow smoothly helping the heart to pump blood more efficiently.art to pump more efficiently.
Ramipril belongs to the category of an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. It slows down the heart rate and makes the heart to work more efficiently pump the blood around the body & the condition better.

Telmisartan is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and to reduce cardiovascular events (i.e. heart attack or stroke) in adults who are at risk because they have a reduced or blocked blood supply to the heart or legs, or have had a stroke or high-risk diabetes.
